Job Description :
- Responsible for daily formulation optimization and confirmation for AOI.
- Responsible for daily formulation optimization and confirmation for EL.
- Ensuring the stability and consistency of efficiency benchmarks IV.
- Management and maintenance of IV standard plates, as well as optimization and improvement of test formulation yield.

Requirements :
1. Minimum bachelor's
degree of Industrial Engineering or related;
2. Has more than 3-5 years experiences in the photovoltaic cell
industry and having experience as a quality engineer or above is preferred;
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,
Power Point;
4. Able to
speak English;
5. Proficient
in testing EL/AOI/IV, calibration, and formulation development;
6. Strong logical thinking, discipline, good initiative;
7. Willing to join immediately and work in Batang, Central Java.
