The HR Specialist is responsible for managing a wide range of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, compliance with labor laws, and general administrative support. This role acts as a bridge between management and employees to ensure a positive work environment and smooth HR operations.
Persyaratan Lowongan
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as an HR Generalist;
- Experienced in handling all matters related to HR and GA;
- Proficient in English, with Mandarin language skills being an advantage;
- Work placement at the Batang Integrated Industrial Estate, Gringsing, Batang, Central Java.
