Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive PPC (Production Planning & Control) Staff to join our team. The PPC role is responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling production activities to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
Responsibilities:

Create and manage the production schedule.

Track and monitor production progress.

Calculate and plan the required raw material needs.

Ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of WIP (Work In Process) products.

Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.

Proven experience in production planning or a similar role (preferably in manufacturing).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and production planning software.

Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
