As a Procurement Specialist, your primary role is to
ensure the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods, services, materials
and export import process required for the company's operations.
Key responsibilities include:

Materials procurement management including productive
materials and materials for daily consumption.
·
Supplier development and management including supplier sourcing
qualification management and enquiry;
·
Regular supplier evaluation to optimize supply channels;
·
Daily procurement work: responsible for the whole procurement
process of product inquiry, price negotiation, price comparison, arrival
tracking, product exception handling, delivery and warehousing;
·
Procurement document management: responsible for the drafting,
signing and filing of procurement contracts. Ensure that the work performance
and documentation meet the company's audit requirements;
·
Other work related to procurement and supply chain related work.
·
Handle export/import documents (invoice, packing list, bill of
lading).
·
Manage customs clearance and ensure regulatory compliance.
·
Coordinate with forwarders and other related parties.
·
Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery.
· Prepare export/import reports and monitor operational costs & Address issues related to shipment or customs clearance
Requirement:
·
Bachelor degree or above, major in supply management or other
related field,
·
more than 2 years procurement management experience;
·
Fluent in English, Chinese Language are advantageous
