Job Description:
  1. Handle all administrative processes related to expatriate employment, including RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS, and other legal documents.
  2. ⁠Coordinate with government institutions (e.g., Ministry of Manpower, Immigration, Local Manpower Office).
  3. Maintain and update the expatriate legal documentation database regularly.
  4. ⁠Act as a liaison between the company and expatriates for administrative and formalities matters.
  5. ⁠Assist in scheduling and escorting expatriates during formalities processes, inspections, or government visits.
  6. ⁠Support expatriate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  7. ⁠Ensure all processes comply with Indonesian labor and immigration laws.

Persyaratan Lowongan

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Law, or a related field.
  2. ⁠At least 1–2 years of experience in expatriate formalities or HR administration.
  3. ⁠Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and expatriate permit procedures.
  4. Strong communication and coordination skills.
  5. Proficient in English, both written and spoken (preferably)
  6. ⁠Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  7. Able to work with high confidentiality and under tight deadlines.
