Job Description:

• Create and modify sales orders in the ERP system.
• Develop sales plans in line with company targets.
• Manage sales data and generate regular sales reports.
• Analyze sales performance and provide strategic input.
• Prepare and manage shipping instructions based on customer requirements and production schedules.
• Ensure on-time deliveries according to the Customer Requested Date (CRD).
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery processes. systems and devices.
• Receive and follow up on customer orders.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and continued cooperation.
• Participate in the development and transfer of new projects between production sites.
• Collaborate with departments such as Quality Control, Purchasing, and PMC to achieve sales and project goals.
