As a Human Resources Supervisor, you will play a strategic role in supporting a leading outsole manufacturing company that partners with global footwear brands. We're looking for a people-first leader who can balance compliance, culture, and performance in a high-paced industrial environment.

🔧 Your Role

  • Lead HR operations across the plant — recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and employee development.

  • Manage industrial relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor law.

  • Collaborate with production and management teams to forecast manpower needs and build a future-ready workforce.

  • Oversee HR systems: contracts, payroll inputs, attendance, discipline, and database accuracy.

  • Implement training & development programs to upskill employees and build a resilient production team.

  • Drive employee engagement in a factory setting — from daily coordination to long-term retention strategy.


    🎯 What You Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, HR Management, or a related field.

    • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Supervisor, preferably in manufacturing (footwear or similar industry is a plus).

    • Excellent knowledge of labor law, BPJS, and industrial relation practices.

    • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

    • Experience in handling 1000+ factory workers is highly valued.

    • Hands-on with  Microsoft Excel, and attendance/payroll systems.
