Lead HR operations across the plant — recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and employee development.
Manage industrial relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor law.
Collaborate with production and management teams to forecast manpower needs and build a future-ready workforce.
Oversee HR systems: contracts, payroll inputs, attendance, discipline, and database accuracy.
Implement training & development programs to upskill employees and build a resilient production team.
Drive employee engagement in a factory setting — from daily coordination to long-term retention strategy.
🎯 What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, HR Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Supervisor, preferably in manufacturing (footwear or similar industry is a plus).
Excellent knowledge of labor law, BPJS, and industrial relation practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience in handling 1000+ factory workers is highly valued.
Hands-on with Microsoft Excel, and attendance/payroll systems.
Competitive salary: IDR 8 – 10 million per month
