Interpret and analyze 2D and 3D technical drawings of products.
Perform product analysis to identify and resolve issues in design or manufacturing.
Handle problem-solving related to product defects or non-conformance.
Understand the fundamentals of injection molding processes and decoration techniques.
Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams for product development and improvement.
Participate in the evaluation and validation of new products.
Support documentation and reporting related to product engineering activities.

Minimum education, High School (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor degree in a related field.
Good communication skills and proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to read and understand 2D and 3D engineering drawings.
Strong analytical skills in product analysis and problem-solving.
Knowledge of injection mold processes and product decoration basics is required.
Understanding of the steps involved in product analysis.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role (Product Engineering) are preferred.
