Required Knowledge & Qualifications :
- Fresh graduates or final semester students, or 1–3 years of technical support experience in a global environment.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for OS, software, applications, hardware, and networks.
- Familiarity with IT systems such as Active Directory, LAPS, SCCM, Cortex XDR, Bitlocker, CyberARC EPM, VPN, Citrix, O365 Admin Center, Azure AD, Autopilot, CCTV, telephony, access points, ServiceNow, and Intune Company Portal.
- Proficient in troubleshooting O365 apps like Outlook, MS Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
- Understanding of networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols.
- Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and self-learning ability.
- Organized work habits and adherence to regulations and procedures.
- Ability to maintain office decorum and procedures.
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Willingness to be based in Batang, Central Java.
Pendidikan minimal: SMA/SMK/Sederajat
